Are you looking for a riding lesson or a really long hack on horseback during your holiday in the Prags Dolomites? Then this Edel.Weiss offer is perfect for you: at the Bodnerhof you can learn the basics of riding or improve your riding skills. If you are already an experienced rider, then a hack in the wildly romantic natural surroundings of the Prags Valley is absolutely ideal for you.

We recommend that our guests reserve their riding lessons before their holiday begins to avoid disappointment.

The Edel.Weiss Riding Specials: These offers are only available from us at the hotel!

• Picnic with a horse: Surrounded by nature we’ll take a relaxed break and a picnic, enjoying the peace and quiet of the forest and the magnificent views.

• Hack to Brunstalm: You’ll spend 5 hours on horseback with an approximately one-hour stop on the Brunstalm. There we’ll eat lunch together and then continue back to the stable. The duration of the hack varies according to the length of the break and may therefore last between 6 and 7 hours.

• Hack to Plätzwiese: Duration: at least 8-9 hours including an hour’s stay on the alp with lunch. A meal and one drink per person are included in the price. We only recommend this hack for riders who are used to spending a long time in the saddle.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Maximum weight: the weight limit for riders is 80 kg

• Riding lessons are available to children over 6 years of age. Hacks are only available from the age of 14 years, as we will sometimes use public roads.

• Our hacks are all offered with a riding guide and riding experience is required (walking, trotting and cantering). For all half- and whole-day hacks, a riding lesson/riding test must be completed first to get to know the horses and so that we can assess your riding skills. The riding instructor is entitled to cancel the hack on the basis of the risk being too high, should he/she believe that a customer’s riding skills are insufficient.
